The Practice — Instituto Estetico Manila

For more than three decades, Instituto Estetico Manila has brought cosmetic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic dentistry together within one practice in Makati.

This multidisciplinary approach allows each patient to be considered as a whole. Skin, facial structure, proportion and smile are not treated as separate concerns, but as parts of a single aesthetic plan when appropriate.

Founded by Dr. Reyvic Cerilles and Dr. Joseph Jagoring, IEM was built around a simple principle: thoughtful treatment begins with the right diagnosis, not the procedure.

Today, the practice continues that approach through specialist-led care, considered recommendations and treatment plans designed around the individual rather than a standard menu of treatments.

Care begins with consultation and continues through treatment, recovery and follow-up. Each stage is planned around the individual and the procedure being considered.

Consultation

In clinic or by video, your specialist begins by understanding your concerns and assessing what may be appropriate. Where treatment is recommended, you receive a clear plan and quotation before anything is scheduled.

Treatment

Treatment is carried out by the specialist responsible for your care, with the appropriate clinical support and anaesthesia where required.

Recovery

Your clinical team remains involved throughout recovery, with aftercare planned according to the procedure and your individual needs. For patients travelling to Manila, our team can also assist with nearby accommodation and local arrangements.

Follow-up

Follow-up continues after treatment, in clinic or remotely where appropriate, so your specialist remains involved as you recover.

Standards

The specialist responsible for your care remains directly involved throughout treatment.
A clear treatment plan and quotation are provided before anything is scheduled.
Anaesthesia is supervised appropriately when required.
Follow-up is planned as part of your treatment.
A procedure will not be recommended when it is unlikely to benefit you.
